Niels Zijderveld brings 20+ years of experience in software and insurance, combining innovation, client focus, and strategic insight. In the past, he has worked with leading companies such as Sollers Consulting, FRISS, Guidewire, and TIA Technology, supporting insurers across system integration, core systems, and SaaS solutions.

Dr. Bikash Agrawal

Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Bikash Agrawal is a proficient leader in the realm of AI, Machine Learning, and Big Data, currently leading the technology team at Simplifai. His dedication to the world of pioneering technologies has been evident with over ten years of varied industry involvement. Bikash has made significant contributions to cloud computing, introducing a scalable Big Data processing framework. Prior to his role at Simplifai, he showcased his expertise as Data Scientist at DNV GL.

Andreas Prøven Bogsrud is Chief Financial Officer at Simplifai, bringing extensive experience in finance and business management. He has previously held leadership roles, including CFO and Group Controller at C-Medical, and worked in financial services consulting at EY, contributing to strategic growth and operational excellence.

Patrik Egeland is an experienced private equity professional and investor, and has previously been a partner with Herkules Capital and Capillar Equity. He also has extensive experience as an advisor on M&A transactions in the Nordics.

Krisztina Horvath

Krisztina is Junior Partner at Idékapital, a venture and growth investor funding and supporting high-growth B2B software scale-ups with global potential. She has 15 years of experience from investments, active ownership, and operational leadership. Prior to Idékapital, she worked at Ferd Capital, the direct investment arm of one of Norway's largest family offices, held C-level roles across multiple industries, and advised on strategy and M&A at Arkwright Consulting.

Alex Rahaman

Alex Rahaman is a Partner at Idékapital based in London, with extensive experience in founding, scaling, and investing in high-growth businesses. He has founded and successfully exited multiple ventures, including StrikeAd, the first SaaS programmatic buying platform for mobile advertising, acquired by Sizmek (now part of Amazon) and Unanimis acquired by France Telecom.

Simen Heggset Woxmyhr

Simen Heggset Woxmyhr is a Partner at Mont Investor Partners in Oslo, where he leads the Private Capital investment team. With extensive experience in private capital and investment operations, he manages a diverse portfolio of venture and growth companies, ranging from Easee in the EV sector to Legentic in the BFSI industry. Simen holds several board positions across companies in various industries, contributing his expertise in strategy and value creation.
