Simplifai becomes UiPath Advanced Technology Partner

Tech partnership to enable enhanced customer journey and accelerate digital transformation across the enterprise

OSLO, FEB 18, 2022 – Simplifai today announces it has signed an Advanced Technology Partnership deal with UiPath, a leading enterprise automation software company. The partnership will enable joint customers to use Simplifai’s off-the-shelf Artificial Intelligence (AI) products that provide Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) for an enhanced customer journey.

Simplifai’s AI-powered products Emailbot and Documentbot, available via the UiPath Marketplace since the beginning of 2021, help customers save time and reduce the operational costs of building additional AI and Machine Learning (ML) models into their automation journey. The partnership will create a framework for complex automation projects to be added to the UiPath Marketplace to the benefit of joint customers globally.

Simplifai’s products such as Emailbot and Documentbot use Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to identify key information from emails, chats, and documents. With the help of NLP, rules engine, and decision engine, these products can categorize the identified information and undertake further actions. The Documentbot is also capable of understanding unstructured text or free-text with the help of Optical Character Recognition (OCR), thus providing end-to-end automation for businesses in the form of IPA for document processing.

The global partnership will make it easier for joint customers to enhance their automation as well as potential customers, such as targeting Global In-house Centers (GIC’s) or players in the BFSI sectors and others looking to enhance their current RPA process or start streamlining their operations with RPA and AI.
