For a claims leader, that should be an easy request. The rules, data and decision criteria behind your automations are yours. Your team designed them. Your customers live with the outcomes.

But if that logic can only be read inside your vendor's system, the answer depends on someone else. You are renting your own operating model.

Organization Export changes that. It gives organization administrators a complete copy of everything configured in their organization. It comes in open formats that anyone can read and review without access to Simplifai.

Everything your automations run on, in one archive

The export is a single zip file. It holds your configuration exactly as your team built it:

Flows. Every flow, with the full configuration of each node and the instructions your designers wrote, word for word.
BPMN 2.0 diagrams. Each flow as a BPMN 2.0 diagram, the open standard for process models. It opens in any BPMN tool.
Connectors. Every connector, with its scripts as readable files.
Classify & Extract modules. Their configuration and instructions.
Email templates. Templates and their attachments.
Global variables and account references. Values in secret variables, and all account credentials, are withheld.
A Data Dictionary. Every field your automations produce, its type, where it comes from and every place it is used.
A manifest. It lists exactly what the archive contains and states its coverage. It also records anything the export could not interpret. No silent gaps.

Everything comes in three open formats: JSON, BPMN 2.0 and CSV.

Transparent by design, from the first click

Organization administrators generate an export from the organization menu. The process is built so nothing happens out of sight:

Before generation, Simplifai states what the archive will contain.
Before download, it states the contents again.
Both actions are recorded in the activity log, so every export and every download leaves a record.

The archive is available to download for a limited period after generation. You can generate a new export at any time. Each one reflects your configuration at the moment you create it.

What to know before you export

Treat the archive as sensitive. It is a complete copy of your configuration, with values exactly as they were entered. Secrets and credentials are withheld, but the archive may still contain sensitive data. Store and share it carefully.
Open formats, not a migration button. The export describes your logic in open formats. Rebuilding it elsewhere is a translation exercise, not a file import. We think that honesty matters.
A snapshot, on demand. Generate an export whenever you need one, for an audit, a review or your own records. Each archive reflects your configuration at the moment of export.

Who can generate an export?

What formats does it use?

Are passwords and secrets included?
No. Values held in secret variables, and all account credentials, are withheld. Global variables and account references are included.
