Simplifai Achieves SOC 2 Type 2 Certification for Verified Security and Compliance
Simplifai’s SOC 2 Type 2 certification reinforces its commitment to safeguarding client data and maintaining reliable, secure operations.

SOC 2: A Commitment to Compliance
SOC 2 is a widely recognized certification that assesses how effectively a service organization’s controls meet its service commitments and system requirements. Conducted by Ernst & Young (EY), the audit evaluated Simplifai’s compliance with the SOC 2 trust service category: Security. Simplifai successfully demonstrated the effectiveness of its implemented controls, resulting in a clean SOC 2 Type 2 report.
These principles ensure that Simplifai’s systems are protected against unauthorized access, remain operational when needed, process data accurately, safeguard confidential information, and handle personal data responsibly. More information about EY’s SOC reporting can be found here.
“SOC reporting is about instilling trust,” said Bikash Agrawal, CTO at Simplifai. “Earning this certification means that our customers can rely on us to meet the highest standards of security and compliance. Transparency, independent auditing, and risk management are integral to our operations, and we are committed to continuously improving our practices.”
Evaluation Criteria and Validity
The SOC 2 certification process, which covered the period from July 1, 2024, to October 15, 2024, involved a thorough evaluation of Simplifai’s control environment, risk assessment, monitoring, application development, information security policies, physical security, network security, incident management, change management, and other critical areas.
The audit confirmed that Simplifai’s internal controls meet the rigorous standards required for SOC 2 compliance. The audit is part of an ongoing compliance initiative, with Simplifai committed to a three-year audit cycle with EY.
